Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CreditQuant AI, Inc. ("CreditQuant," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at creditquant.ai (the "Site"). It also explains, at a high level, how we treat data within the CreditQuant product.
When we provide the CreditQuant product to a customer, we process the documents and data in that customer's workspace on the customer's behalf and under our written agreement with them (including any data processing terms). That customer data is governed by those agreements; this Policy governs our public website and our general business communications.
We do not train AI on your data
We do not use customer data (the documents, financials, and other content processed in the CreditQuant product) to train or improve generalized or third-party artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Your data is used to deliver the service to you, not to train models for anyone else.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our demo or contact form (or email us), we collect the details you choose to share, typically your name, work email, company, company website, and your message. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form service; please don't include confidential borrower information in that message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our infrastructure providers collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Site.
We do not build advertising profiles about you or use your information for third-party ad targeting.
Cookies and analytics
By default the Site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function, plus Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that measures aggregate visits and page views without identifying you or tracking you across other websites.
We also use analytics and identification tools that set cookies and similar identifiers: Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors move through the Site, and RB2B, a visitor-identification service. Using data from third-party providers, RB2B may identify an individual business visitor from the United States, for example a name, professional or LinkedIn profile, employer, and business contact details, so that we can contact you with communications and marketing about CreditQuant. It applies to United States visitors only.
You can opt out at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal we honor that as an opt-out automatically and do not load these tools. You can also opt out of RB2B's identification directly at app.retention.com/optout.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a walkthrough or call.
- To communicate with you about CreditQuant when you've asked us to.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with law and protect our rights, users, and the public.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, bound to handle your information only as needed to perform those services. Today these are Web3Forms, which delivers our demo-request form submissions to us by email; Cloudflare, which hosts and serves the Site and provides cookieless traffic analytics; Google, which provides Google Analytics when you consent; RB2B, which identifies individual business visitors from the United States when you consent; and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces the Site uses and therefore receives your IP address and browser type when a page loads.
- Authorities or others where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize them. Customer data in the product is retained according to the applicable customer agreement.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct their personal information and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." Our use of the visitor-identification service described above (RB2B) may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under these laws. You can opt out at any time: use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, and we will not load these tools. You can also opt out of our emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
International users
CreditQuant is based in the United States and processes information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed here.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Other websites
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. This Policy applies only to creditquant.ai; please review the policies of any other sites you visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here.
